I noticed that the MMI touchscreen in my Audi A7 is frozen and doesn't respond to my touch. What could be causing this issue? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve it?
ReplyHi Leo, this could be due to a software glitch or a hardware issue. Try restarting your MMI system by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, try resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding the Menu, Setup, and Return buttons at the same time for 10 seconds.
I had the same issue with my Audi A7 and it turned out to be a faulty touch screen. I had to get it replaced at the dealership. I would recommend bringing it in for a diagnostic check.
