Why is the MMI display not responding in my Audi A3?

I have tried pressing buttons and restarting the system but the MMI display is still not responding. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

First, make sure that your car battery is fully charged as a weak battery can sometimes affect the MMI display. If that doesn't solve the issue, try resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding the MENU, central control button, and top right control button simultaneously.
