I have tried pressing buttons and restarting the system but the MMI display is still not responding. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
ReplyFirst, make sure that your car battery is fully charged as a weak battery can sometimes affect the MMI display. If that doesn't solve the issue, try resetting the MMI system by pressing and holding the MENU, central control button, and top right control button simultaneously. If the issue still persists, it could be a faulty display unit and it is recommended to bring your car to an authorized Audi dealership for further diagnosis and repair.
There could be a software glitch causing the MMI display to not respond. Try updating the MMI system to the latest software version. If that doesn't work, you may need to perform a factory reset of the MMI system. Keep in mind that this will erase all personalized settings and stored data, so it is recommended to backup your system before proceeding.
