Why is my Audi A3 making a strange grinding noise when I accelerate?

I have a 2016 Audi A3 and recently noticed a loud grinding noise when I step on the gas pedal. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

It could be an issue with your brakes or suspension system. I recommend taking it to a certified mechanic to have it checked out.
