Why is my Audi A3 making a humming noise?

I've noticed a strange humming noise coming from my Audi A3 while driving at high speeds. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It's possible that the humming noise is coming from worn out wheel bearings. You may need to have them replaced by a mechanic.
