Why is my Audi 80 making a clicking sound when I press the gas pedal?

I recently noticed that whenever I press on the gas pedal in my Audi 80, I can hear a clicking noise coming from the engine. It only happens when I accelerate, and the sound seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This clicking sound could be a sign of a worn out CV joint or axle. These are important components that transfer power from the engine to the wheels. If they are damaged, they can make a clicking noise. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have it inspected and repaired if necessary.

It's possible that the clicking noise is coming from a faulty fuel injector. This is responsible for delivering fuel to the engine, and if it's not functioning properly, it can make a clicking sound. I suggest getting your car checked by a professional to diagnose and fix the issue.
