Why does my Audi 80 produce a strange clicking noise when I turn left?

I have noticed that whenever I make a left turn, my Audi 80 makes a clicking sound that seems to come from the front passenger side of the car. It doesn't happen when I turn right or go straight. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It could be a worn out CV joint or outer tie rod. Get it checked by a mechanic as soon as possible to avoid further damage.
