What is the difference between the MMI Touch Display and the MMI Navigation plus in the Audi A3?

I am trying to choose between these two options for my new Audi A3. Can someone please explain the technical differences and which one would be most recommended?

The MMI Touch Display is a standard feature in the Audi A3, offering a 10.1 inch screen with touch functionality. The MMI Navigation plus, on the other hand, includes the MMI Touch Display as well as additional features such as live traffic updates and handwriting recognition. If you want more advanced navigation and control options, the MMI Navigation plus would be the better choice.
