What do I do if my Audi A3 is making a strange noise while turning?

Recently, my Audi A3 has been making a strange noise every time I turn the steering wheel. It almost sounds like a squeaky belt or something rubbing together. What could be causing this and should I be worried?

It's always best to get any unusual noises checked out by a mechanic. It could be a sign of a bigger problem, such as a worn out belt or faulty steering components.

Check your power steering fluid level first, as low fluid can cause strange noises while turning. If that's not the issue, it's best to have a professional take a look to avoid any potential safety hazards.

As a fellow Audi owner, I've experienced this issue before and it turned out to be a loose or damaged wheel bearing. Definitely get it checked out as soon as possible to avoid any further damage.
