It could be a few reasons why your Audi 80 is overheating. It could be due to a faulty thermostat, a leak in the cooling system, or a malfunctioning water pump. Firstly, check your thermostat and replace it if necessary. If that doesn't solve the issue, check for any leaks in the cooling system and repair them. If all else fails, it may be time to replace the water pump.

I had the same issue with my Audi 80 and it turned out to be a clogged radiator. Try flushing out your radiator or replacing it with a new one. Also, be sure to regularly check and maintain your coolant levels, as low levels can also cause overheating.

Check your engine oil levels as well, as low levels can also contribute to overheating. Be sure to use the recommended oil for your Audi 80 and regularly change it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
