I have been experiencing engine stalling issues with my Audi 80 recently. It usually happens when the engine is at operating temperature and when I come to a stop. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to troubleshoot and fix it?
ReplyStalling can be caused by a number of factors, such as a faulty mass air flow sensor or a clogged fuel filter. I would recommend checking these first. You can also try cleaning the throttle body and performing a throttle body adaptation. If the issue persists, it might be worth getting a diagnostic scan to check for any error codes.
I had a similar issue with my Audi 80 and it turned out to be a problem with the idle control valve. I would suggest getting that checked as well.
