How to reset Audi A3 infotainment system?

I am unable to connect my phone to the infotainment system in my Audi A3. I have tried restarting my phone and car, but it still won't connect. Is there a way to reset the infotainment system?

To reset the infotainment system, press and hold both the MENU and BACK buttons on the control panel for 10 seconds. This should reset the system and allow you to connect your phone.
