How to diagnose and fix low idle issues in an Audi 80?

My Audi 80 is having trouble maintaining a steady idle and sometimes slows down or stalls at stoplights. Can anyone please provide some insight on how to diagnose and fix this issue?

First, check for any vacuum leaks in your Audi's intake system. These can cause inconsistent idle speeds. Additionally, clean or replace the idle air control valve to ensure proper air flow. Finally, check the throttle body for any buildup or grime and clean it out if necessary.

Ensure that the spark plugs and ignition coils in your Audi are in good condition. Faulty components in the ignition system can contribute to low idle issues. If needed, replace them with OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts.
