How to check the transmission oil level on an Audi 80?

I recently bought a used Audi 80 and I want to make sure that the transmission oil level is correct. Can anyone provide me with the steps to check it and top it off if needed? Thanks!

Hi Lila, to check the transmission oil level on your Audi 80, you need to first locate the transmission dipstick under the hood. It's usually labeled with a yellow handle. Once you find it, make sure the car is on a level surface and the engine is warm. Pull the dipstick out and wipe it clean with a cloth. Then, reinsert it and pull it out again. The oil level should be between the two marks on the dipstick. If it's low, you can add more oil through the dipstick tube using a funnel. Make sure to use the correct type of oil for your Audi 80's transmission. Hope this helps!
