How often should I change the spark plugs on my Audi 80?

I recently purchased a used Audi 80 and I'm not sure how often I should be changing the spark plugs. Can you provide some guidance on when I should replace them and any other tips for maintenance?

It is recommended to change your spark plugs every 30,000 miles or every 3 years, whichever comes first. However, if you notice any issues with your engine's performance, it may be best to check and replace the spark plugs sooner.

In addition to regular maintenance, be sure to also check the condition of your spark plug wires and ignition coils. These can also affect the performance of your Audi 80's engine.
