You can reset your Audi A3 MMI navigation system by pressing and holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, you can also try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. If neither of these solutions work, it may indicate a larger issue and it is recommended to take your car to a certified Audi mechanic.

I had the same issue with my Audi A3 and the power button reset worked for me. If that doesn't work, it could be a software glitch and you may need to update your MMI system. You can check for updates on Audi's website or again, take it to a certified Audi mechanic.

I have found that disconnecting the car battery and leaving it disconnected for at least 10 minutes can help reset the MMI navigation system. Make sure to have your radio code handy as you will need to re-enter it once the battery is reconnected.
