How do I fix a faulty brake light in my Audi 80?

I noticed that my brake light on the left side of my Audi 80 is not working. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

First, check the actual light bulb to see if it needs to be replaced. If that's not the issue, then it could be a faulty wiring connection or a blown fuse. Check both of those and fix as needed.

Make sure to also check the brake light switch, which is responsible for turning on the brake lights when the pedal is pressed. It could be malfunctioning and needs to be replaced.

If all else fails, it could be a problem with the actual brake light assembly. You may need to take it to a mechanic to have it inspected and potentially replaced.
