How can I reset the MMI screen in my Audi A3?

I have been experiencing some issues with my MMI screen not responding or freezing. I want to know how I can reset it, possibly without having to take it to the dealership.

To reset the MMI screen in your Audi A3, first turn off the ignition and remove the key from the ignition.
