How can I adjust the sensitivity of the blind spot detection in my Audi A3?

I am having trouble changing the sensitivity of the blind spot detection system in my Audi A3. No matter how I adjust the settings, the system always seems to alert me only when a vehicle is very close to my car. Does anyone know how I can fine-tune this feature to be more accurate and helpful?

To adjust the sensitivity of the blind spot detection in your Audi A3, go to the main menu and select the 'Assistance systems' option. From there, choose 'Parking and maneuvering' and scroll down to the Blind spot detection section. You can adjust the sensitivity from low to medium or high settings depending on your preference.

I have had a similar issue with my Audi A3 blind spot detection. My advice would be to try resetting the system by pressing and holding the 'Reset' button for a few seconds. If that doesn't work, it might be worth getting it checked by a technician as there could be a faulty sensor.
