I recently got an Audi A3 and I've noticed that the tires make a high-pitched squealing noise when I drive. It seems to happen more when I turn or brake. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
ReplyMost likely, the squealing noise is caused by worn brake pads. Make sure to have them checked and replaced if needed.
It could also be due to improper tire pressure. Check your owner's manual for the recommended tire pressure and fill accordingly.
If you have recently rotated your tires, check to make sure they were properly tightened. Loose lug nuts can also cause squealing noises.
