How to connect my phone to the Audi A3's Bluetooth?

I'm having trouble pairing my phone with my Audi A3's Bluetooth system. Can anyone offer advice on how to successfully connect my device?

First, make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Then, go to the 'Bluetooth' menu in your Audi and select 'Add New Device'. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the PIN when prompted.

I had the same issue and realized my phone needed to be updated to the latest software version. Once I did that, it connected seamlessly to my Audi A3's Bluetooth.

If nothing else works, try restarting both your phone and your car's Bluetooth system. That often solves connectivity issues for me.
