I recently got an oil change on my 2014 Audi A5 but the oil service light is still on. I want to reset it myself instead of going back to the mechanic. Any tips on how to do this?
ReplyTo reset the oil service indicator on an Audi A5, start by turning the key to the on position but don't start the engine. Then, press and hold the reset button located on the instrument panel until the display reads "Service Now". Release the button and turn the key to the off position. When you turn the key back on, the light should be reset.
If the previous method doesn't work, you can also try disconnecting the negative terminal on your car's battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This may reset the oil service light on your Audi A5.
