How to check and refill oil in an Audi A1?

I just got my Audi A1 and I want to make sure I am properly maintaining it. How do I check the oil levels and refill if necessary?

To check your oil levels, park your car on a level surface and wait for the engine to cool down. Open the hood and locate the oil dipstick. Pull it out and wipe it clean, then reinsert it and pull it out again. The oil level should be between the two markers on the dipstick. To refill, use the recommended oil type for your car and pour it in through the oil fill cap located on top of the engine.
