How do you reset the MMI system in an Audi A4?

I accidentally changed my MMI system's language to something I don't understand. How can I reset it back to its default settings?

To reset the MMI system, press and hold the MENU button and the rotary pushbutton simultaneously for about 10 seconds. Then, release both buttons and wait for the MMI system to reboot. After the reboot, it should be back to its default settings.
