How do I reset the MMI navigation system in an Audi A6?

I am having trouble with my Audi A6 MMI navigation system. It seems to be stuck and I can't access any of the menus. How can I reset it to fix the issue?

You can reset the MMI navigation system by pressing and holding down the power button for 10 seconds. This will force a reboot and should fix any technical issues.

Try removing the car's battery for a few minutes, then reconnecting it. This will reset all systems in your Audi A6, including the MMI navigation system.
