I've noticed that my Audi A1's heating system doesn't work as well in colder temperatures and was wondering if there is a way to activate auxiliary heating to help keep me warm while driving. Can someone please guide me on how to do this?
ReplyTo activate auxiliary heating on your Audi A1, first make sure your engine is running. Then, press the 'Auto' button on the climate control panel. Once the display shows 'Auxiliary heating switched on', press the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the temperature as desired.
In order to activate auxiliary heating, your Audi A1 must be equipped with the optional auxiliary heater. If your vehicle does have this feature, take the following steps to activate it: press the 'Menu' button, then select 'Auxiliary heating' and follow the instructions on the display.
To use auxiliary heating on your Audi A1, simply press and hold the 'Rest' button on your remote control until your vehicle's indicators flash twice. This will start the auxiliary heating for the preset duration time. Keep in mind that this feature may have to be activated separately by your dealership and is not available on all models.
