How do I reset the Audi A6's MMI navigation system?

I recently purchased an Audi A6 and I'm having trouble with the MMI navigation system. It seems to be frozen and I'm unable to access any of the features. Is there a way to reset the system?

Hi Maria, to reset the MMI navigation system in your Audi A6, simply press and hold the MENU button for about 10 seconds. This should reboot the system and allow you to access all the features again.
