How can I fix a broken Audi 80 ignition switch?

I have a 1999 Audi 80 and the key keeps getting stuck in the ignition switch. This has happened multiple times and I'm tired of having to call a tow truck to get it fixed. How can I fix this issue on my own?

Firstly, try using some WD-40 or white lithium grease on the ignition switch to see if that helps loosen it up. If that doesn't work, you may need to replace the ignition switch.
