How can I enable Google Maps in my Audi A4?

I recently purchased a used Audi A4 and I cannot seem to figure out how to enable Google Maps as my navigation system. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To enable Google Maps in your Audi A4, go to the MMI settings and select 'Navigation Options'. Then, choose 'Navigation System Format' and change it from 'Map Panner' to 'Google Earth'. This should enable Google Maps as your navigation system.
