How to turn off the start-stop system in Audi A6?

I find the start-stop system in our Audi A6 very annoying. Can someone please guide me on how to turn it off?

You can easily disable the start-stop system in your Audi A6 by pressing the button next to the gear shifter that has an 'A' with a circular arrow around it. This will turn off the system until the next time you turn your car off and on again.

If you don't want to manually turn off the start-stop system every time you start your car, you can go into the MMI settings and disable it permanently. Just go to Car > Efficiency > Start-Stop System and turn it off.
