How can I disable the automatic start-stop feature on my Audi A4?

I have a new Audi A4 and I find the automatic start-stop feature to be annoying. Is there a way to disable it?

To disable the automatic start-stop feature on your Audi A4, start by pressing the button on the center console to the left of the gear shift. This will bring up the Start-Stop system menu on your Audi's MMI display. From there, select the 'Off' option.

If you want to temporarily disable the start-stop feature without changing the default setting, simply press the brake pedal firmly after coming to a complete stop. This will prevent the engine from turning off.

While you can't completely turn off the start-stop feature on your Audi A4, there is a way to make it less intrusive. Press the 'Auto Off' button on the center console to the right of the gear shift. This will increase the threshold for when the start-stop system activates.
