Why is the MMI Infotainment System in my 2020 Audi A7 not responding?

I recently purchased a 2020 Audi A7 and the MMI Infotainment System was working perfectly fine. But recently, the system has been unresponsive and I'm not sure what to do. Everything seems to be on and connected, but none of the buttons or touchscreen are responding. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Make sure all of the cables and connections are secure and functioning properly. Sometimes a loose connection can cause the MMI system to become unresponsive.
