I have a 2015 Audi A5 and recently noticed that it's making a loud rattling noise whenever I accelerate. The noise seems to be coming from the front of the car. It doesn't happen when I idle or when I'm driving at a constant speed. Can anyone explain why this is happening and if it's something I should be concerned about? Thanks in advance!
ReplyIt's likely that your car's heat shield or exhaust system has become loose and is causing the rattling noise. It's recommended to have a mechanic check and tighten any loose components to prevent further damage to your car.
I had the same issue with my Audi A5 and it turned out to be a worn out serpentine belt. The rattling noise was caused by it slipping and hitting other components. Get your belt checked and replaced if necessary.
