Why is my Audi A4 making a high-pitched noise while driving?

I have recently noticed a high-pitched noise coming from the front of my Audi A4 while driving at higher speeds. It sounds like a whistling or squealing noise. I have checked the belts and they seem to be in good condition. What could be causing this noise and how can I fix it?
