Why is my Audi A4 making a grinding noise while turning?

I have noticed that my Audi A4 is making a grinding noise whenever I make sharp turns. It seems to be coming from the front wheel area. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It's possible that your front wheel bearings may be worn out. I recommend taking your car to a mechanic for an inspection and potential replacement if necessary. Ignoring this issue could lead to further damage and safety hazards while driving.

Another possibility is that your power steering fluid may be low or contaminated. Check the fluid level and condition and top it off or have it flushed if necessary. This could also be the cause of the grinding noise.
