Why is my Audi A3 making a clicking sound when I turn left?

I've noticed that whenever I turn my Audi A3 to the left, I hear a clicking sound coming from the front passenger side. What could be causing this issue?

The clicking sound could be coming from a worn or damaged CV joint. It's best to have it inspected and replaced if needed by a certified mechanic.
