Why is my Audi 80 making a knocking noise when I turn left?

I recently noticed that whenever I make a left turn, my Audi 80 makes a knocking noise. It doesn't happen when I turn right. What could be causing this?

It is likely that the knocking noise is coming from a loose or worn out suspension component, such as a ball joint or control arm. You should have your car inspected by a mechanic to identify the specific cause and get it repaired.

The knocking noise could also be due to a worn out CV joint. This is a common issue in Audi 80s and can be easily fixed by replacing the CV joint. Make sure to have it checked by a mechanic as driving with a faulty CV joint can cause further damage to your car.
