Why is my Audi 80 constantly overheating and how can I fix it?

I have a 1995 Audi 80 and recently it keeps overheating whenever I'm driving for more than 10 minutes. I've checked the coolant levels and they seem fine. What could be causing this issue and how can I troubleshoot it?
