Why is adaptive cruise control not available on some Audi A5 models?

I noticed that some Audi A5 models do not include the option for adaptive cruise control. Is there a specific reason for this?

Adaptive cruise control is not available on certain Audi A5 models due to technological constraints. The specific radar and camera sensors necessary for this feature may not be compatible or available for those particular models.

Audi A5 models without adaptive cruise control still have standard cruise control, which can maintain a set speed but does not automatically adjust to the speed of surrounding vehicles.
