Why does my Audi A7's engine make a knocking noise when accelerating?

I recently noticed that my Audi A7 makes a knocking noise when I accelerate, especially when the engine is cold. It seems to go away once the car has warmed up. Is this something I should be concerned about?

The knocking noise could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a faulty fuel injector or a misfiring spark plug. It's best to have a certified mechanic take a look at your car to diagnose the issue and address it as soon as possible.

It's always a good idea to get any unusual noises checked out by a professional. In the meantime, try using a higher octane fuel to see if that makes a difference in the noise level.
