Why does my Audi A6 produce strange noises while turning?

I've noticed that my Audi A6 makes strange noises when I am turning, especially at low speeds. What could be the cause of this?

It is likely that your power steering fluid is low or contaminated. Try checking and replacing the fluid to see if the noise stops. If not, it could also be an issue with the power steering pump.
