Why does my Audi A6 make a screeching noise when I turn?

I recently noticed that my Audi A6 makes a loud screeching noise when I turn, especially at slower speeds. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This screeching noise could be caused by worn out brake pads or a loose belt in the engine. Take your car to a trusted mechanic to have it checked out and repaired.
