Why does my Audi A5 make a clicking noise when I turn the steering wheel?

When I turn the steering wheel of my Audi A5, I hear a clicking noise. It seems to be coming from the front of the car and it happens every time I turn the wheel, no matter how gently. What could be causing this and should I be concerned?

The clicking noise could be caused by a worn or damaged CV joint. This is a common issue in Audi A5s and it can be dangerous if left untreated. It's best to take your car to a mechanic to have it checked and possibly replaced.
