I recently purchased a 2018 Audi A4 and have noticed a strange noise when I accelerate. It starts around 2000 RPM and sounds like a low rumbling. The noise seems to come from the front of the car but I can't pinpoint where exactly. Can anyone help me figure out what could be causing this?
ReplyIt's possible that you have a loose heat shield on your exhaust system. This can cause a rattling noise during acceleration. Try having it tightened or replaced if necessary.
Another possible cause could be a faulty CV joint. These can make a clicking or grinding noise during acceleration or turning. Have a mechanic check them to see if any need to be replaced.
