Why does my Audi A3's engine make a rattling noise at low speeds?

I have noticed a strange rattling noise coming from my Audi A3's engine when driving at low speeds. It seems to go away once I increase my speed. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

The rattling noise could be caused by a loose heat shield on your exhaust system. It is recommended to have a mechanic check and tighten any loose parts to prevent further damage.

It could also be a sign of low oil levels or a problem with the engine's bearings. It's best to have a professional diagnose and fix the issue to avoid any potential long-term damage.

I had a similar issue with my Audi A3 and it turned out to be a faulty tensioner pulley. I would suggest getting this checked as well.
