Why does my Audi A2 lose power after accelerating?

I have an Audi A2 car and I have noticed that every time I accelerate, the car experiences a loss of power. This issue only happens when I am driving on the highway. Can anyone offer an explanation for this?

There could be a few reasons for this issue. It could be a problem with your fuel system or your spark plugs could be faulty. I recommend bringing your car to a trusted mechanic for a diagnostic test.

I had a similar issue with my Audi A2 and it turned out to be a faulty oxygen sensor. Once I replaced it, my car's power returned to normal. I suggest getting your oxygen sensor checked as well.

Check your air filter and make sure it is not clogged. A dirty air filter can restrict air flow and cause power loss. It is an easy and inexpensive fix that can greatly improve your car's performance.
