Why does my Audi A1 make a high-pitched noise when I accelerate?

I recently noticed that my Audi A1 makes a high-pitched noise when I accelerate. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This noise could be caused by a faulty wheel bearing. We recommend bringing your car to a certified mechanic for a diagnostic and repair if necessary.

Is your car equipped with a turbocharger? If so, this noise could be a sign of a potential issue with the turbo. We advise having it checked by a professional as soon as possible.
