Why does my Audi A1 make a clicking noise when turning left?

I have noticed that whenever I turn left in my Audi A1, there is a distinct clicking noise coming from the front left wheel. It does not happen when turning right. What could be causing this issue and is it something I should be concerned about?

The clicking noise could be a sign of a worn out CV joint or axle. It is important to get this checked and replaced if necessary, as it can affect the handling and stability of your car. It is also important to address this issue promptly to prevent any further damage to your vehicle.

Another possible cause could be a loose or damaged wheel bearing. This can also create a clicking noise when turning. It is best to have a mechanic inspect the wheel bearing to determine if it needs to be replaced.

Sometimes, a clicking noise can be a result of a loose or damaged suspension component. This can be a safety issue, as it can affect the handling and stability of your car. I recommend taking your car to a qualified mechanic for a thorough inspection to identify the exact cause of the noise.
