Why does my Audi 80's engine constantly overheat?

I've noticed that my Audi 80's engine temperature runs extremely high, despite not driving for long periods of time. I've also checked and refilled the coolant, but the issue persists. What could be causing this problem?

It's possible that your engine is overheating due to a faulty thermostat. This can cause the coolant to not circulate properly, leading to high engine temperatures.

You may also want to check your radiator fan for any malfunctions. If the fan is not running, it won't be able to cool the engine effectively. It could be a simple wiring issue or a faulty fan motor.

Have you checked for any leaks in the coolant system? Even a small leak can cause the coolant levels to drop, leading to overheating. Consult a mechanic to properly diagnose and fix any leaks.
