Why does my Audi 80 have a rattling noise when I release the clutch?

I recently noticed that my Audi 80 has a rattling noise when I release the clutch pedal. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's quite noticeable. What could be the cause of this issue and how can I fix it?
