Why do my Audi A2's headlights keep flickering?

I've noticed that my Audi A2's headlights keep flickering on and off while driving at night. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

The most common reason for flickering headlights is a faulty alternator. It is responsible for charging your car's battery and if it is not working properly, it can affect the electrical systems of your car, including the headlights. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have the alternator checked and replaced if necessary.

Another possible cause for flickering headlights is a loose or corroded connection. Check the wiring and connections for any signs of damage or wear. If everything looks fine, try tightening any loose connections. If that doesn't solve the issue, it's best to bring your car to a professional for further inspection.

If neither of the above solutions work, it's possible that the headlights themselves are the problem. Over time, the bulbs can become loose or damaged, causing them to flicker. I would suggest replacing the headlight bulbs to see if that solves the issue.
